Wealth Ocean interview questions

I applied online and received a phone interview invitation two days ago. The position required the mandarin because the most important business partner of Wealth Ocean is from China. And the recruiter talked with me in Chinese after a few general interview questions.

Set up a short 20 minute phone call. Then set up in person interview. Company was very respectful of the process i felt treated well and honoured. Small company so their HR department is not big, met everyone there and they hire for fit- show hard working and fit culture, professional international business is what they do in raw materials industry and they dont hire entry level- expect you to perform and learn quickly. positive
