Interview
Review CV, phone interview than point date. Company paid for travel by plane, hotel. All day interview with five person. team work. IQ test and etc. check knowledge assembly and dissasembly tools by instruction .
There were a lot of situational and technical questions. A lot of focus on problem solving and being able to adapt to changes in the work environment. The interviewers also asked a lot of questions that gauged time management, attention to detail, and safety.

Simple questions, they are really looking to take someone who will work like a dog for them. They had a recruiter call me and ask questions about my work experience. Then they set up an interview for me in Houston. After a couple weeks they called me to let me know that I had the position if I wanted it. I couldn't do the kind of travel they wanted though.
