I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Web Works (Batavia, IL) in Jan 2012
Interview
It was a typical interview. They were interested in my web site design knowledge and whether I would be a culture fit for their environment. Overall the process was quick and I felt very comfortable with the people.
