Hiring manager was super friend, more like a causal conversation between two people. I feel the interview was more to get to know you as a person and how you can handle different situations. The whole interview process was short and easy.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Webcom (Toronto) (Toronto, ON) in May 2018
Interview
I arrived about 15 minutes early, the interview was quick but straight to the point. They provided 2 business cards, as well as water for me to drink. The interviewer did help in calming any nerves i had about the interview and how it'd go.

Interview
After applying for the job on line I was selected for a short telephone screening. A couple of days later I was selected to attend an interview with the HR Manager along with her colleague, both of whom were very professional, personable and thorough. They made me feel at ease and left me with a sense that although the job sounded challenging. the culture at Webcom seemed open enough that the right person could could affect positive change. It sounded like a terrific place to work. I felt positive at the conclusion of the two hour interview.
