Weems Design Studio interview questions

Very slow process first of all. The actual interview took a while to even setup. The interview was unremarkable. They asked some questions and we chatted for a while The one thing of note was that one person mentioned working at a 70% pace, alluding to the fact it is a government contract The job description shows they have no idea what they are actually looking for and are in know way in a hurry to find someone. This may explain the slow walking Don't expect professional courtesy, they will ghost you as if it was tinder
