I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Weis Markets (Albany, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Filled out application online and interviewed in person. The interview was 1:1 with a pharmacy district manager. There were both general questions and behavioral questions. As long as you do some research on the services offered by the pharmacy there was nothing too difficult to answer. The interview went very well. They do not make offers to new grads until February or March, so that is pending for a few more months.

I received an email from the recruiter regarding the position, and an appointment was scheduled immediately. Although I originally applied for a specific location, the recruiter asked if I could instead attend the interview at a different location to meet their staffing needs
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Weis Markets (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in Oct 2013
Interview
I interviewed with a Weis Markets district manager at a career day at my pharmacy school. The interview was very casual and most of the questions were focused on what experience I have in retail pharmacy. The interviewer looked through my CV and asked me what I knew about Weis Markets and why I wanted to work there as well as how I felt I would transition from my current position in institutional pharmacy to a position in grocery store retail. About 50% or more of the interview was dictated by questions I had for the interviewer. I did not get a job offer from this interview because it took place in the fall before the district manager could know if he would have any openings next summer after I graduate. He will follow up with me in the spring to discuss specific opportunities.
