Welland Medical interview questions

2 stages. First online, second in person. Seemed normal but was given pathetic reason as to why I didn’t get the role. I was told I was “technically excellent and passed their in person quiz and questions” however didn’t get the job because I didn’t “engage with ground staff doing labour” when I was given the office tour. I think my physical look wasn’t appreciated there
