Unconventional than other interview processes. Felt slightly rushed, but was provided a shadowing opportunity for a couple hours. Shadowed the exercise specialist though, not one of the PTAs even though that was the position I was applying for. From observing, there were a lot of high technology devices I was unfamiliar with and didn't learn in school. The pilates protocol is their main source of exercise interventions and employees tend to work with more than one patient per session (one other review said up to 4 or 5?). I'm glad I had the opportunity to observe, but it just wasn't for me.
