I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Welo
Interview
Posted on my institution's co-op job board and submitted resume/cover letter. Interview was scheduled smoothly and interviewer was late by 10 minutes. I had 15 interviews during the co-op round and this was the most unprofessional and unimpressive of the lot. The manager kept asking, "How you would improve the company's operations and digital presence?" Felt as though the hiring manager was utilizing this opportunity to score free consulting advice from unsuspecting co-op students. Questions were not relevant, did not ask about any of my work experience. Was unsatisfied with the answers I proposed (i.e. did not like what I said for "greatest work challenge") and toed the line of badgering for, what I assume was, an answer she liked better.
Inquired about GPA on transcript and made side comments about individual grades. Argued about the industry standard for wages (for a marketing co-op student) despite bringing it up herself. 0/10 would recommend.

Question 1
How would you improve the website/Instagram? What do you think of us having 2 instagrams? What is one thing you would change about the operations? What do you think about our target market segment?
