The interview process was very long winded and dragged out. I had an initial phone call with the director of recruitment based in California - which was weird considering the position was based in London - but initial recruitment is carried out by the director based in America. I then had a Skype video interview with the director in California. It was a really positive interview, with the director saying how strong I am as a candidate and that she wanted to me to go into the London office and meet the HR director asap and that she would be in contact in a few days with a date and time. I had barely any contact with her after that, and she eventually completely stopped responding to my calls/emails or Skype messages. I eventually got an email from her 2.5 weeks later to say that the position was being changed to Ireland based as opposed to London. Lack of communication made the interview process unnecessarily long, with an awful candidate experience.
