There is no interview. I got several translation tests in the field of Bio, chemistry, Pharma, medical device, software, and IT. Then they got back to me about how to use CAT tool, which means they hired me as a freelancer.

First interview on the phone about 10 minutes after briefly exchanging a couple of emails. Then went in the office for another position. Talked with two people over my resume.
