Interview
They asked me about previous work experience. They were very nice. I was comfortable in my interview process. I enjoyed working here. We went to a back room and I talked with another manager for about 30-40 minutes. It was fun.
3 interviews.
Got connected with recruiter. Then 3 interviews with management team. Preety easy to follow along but very difficult questions for a simple restaurant. Too much in details, seemed like I'm applying to buy the business

The background, had to have a restaurant experience
In store with regional manager it was pretty easy. It wasn’t a panel interview. They didn’t ask a lot of questions just a few about my resume. I was overqualified for the position so I did not get hired on.
Straightforward process. Asked basic "what would you do" question given some scenarios. They are looking to make sure you understand how to manage a team equitably and fairly. Overall an easy interview experience.
