They were desperate for new employees so they hired just about everyone who had an interview with them. Pretty much everyone they hired didn't last long because most of the current employees constantly harass everyone who doesn't "fit in." If you file a complaint of harassment with HR they have a tendency of "losing" the paperwork and doing absolutely nothing about it.
