Very positive experience. Lots of friendly people, all of whom were welcoming and wearing a smile. I was welcomed at the door, and the interviewers were punctual. I think I was in the interview room withing 5 minutes of the arranged time.

Video screening interview. If passed, then an in-person interview in the YYC base. The interviewers were very nice and they made the whole process very enjoyable and educational.
