I applied through college or university. I interviewed at WestRock (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Got asked for an interview at a school career fair. Met with a current engineer there and the interview went on for about 40 minutes or so. It was mostly behavioral questions and well, never heard anything back from them even though he said one of the ladies would contact me with the result in a week or two. The overall interview wasn't very hard though, somewhat relaxing too.

Question 1
Which one of the five given traits (only two of which I can remember, integrity and responsibility) do you think is the most important?
Straight forward interview featuring mostly STAR format questions. This can be a little formal but there is plenty of time for informal discussion at the end. The interviewers were engineers and provided a good explanation of the role

Question 1
Describe a time where you felt a task was above your skill level and how you handled it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WestRock (West Point, VA) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of a plant tour, panel interview, various interviews with managers and then lunch. Was pretty hectic throughout, felt like a revolving door of people to interview for.
