Westmont College interview questions

The interview was super casual and more of a formality. They generally see if you are a likable, trustworthy person and if you will fit within the rest of the group dynamic.

I applied through Handshake and then went into Kerrwood Admission Hall to have my interview. It was an easy process. I had my interview, where he asked me questions about my work experience and then within a couple days, he told me that I was hired.
