Good, engaged and detailed interview. The first one was with the PM and a Lead. The second interview was with a Program Manager. They were not very convincing around work life balance,

Interview
interview process is online through MS Teams. It was easy and relax environment. The interviewers were friendly and professional. It was a bit short, only 30 mins. They seems to have a lot of people line up for the interview.
I had a case study interview where i had to propose a solution for a company that wanted to merge multiple brands into one. I prepared a slide deck and 45 minute presentation. I was asked numerous questions throughout.

Interview process was good, interviewer explained about the role quite clearly. It was very detailed about agile and BA practice. There were multiple rounds of interview with a mix of technical and personal interview
