I really value a clear and upfront style where everyone is communicating with each other. I’ve been grateful to have such great managers and supervisors in my previous jobs where they trusted and supported me when working where I can work independently or either in a team setting. Overall, I work well with a manager who trusts their employers that always keeps them up to date and is willing to check in and answer questions when needed.
