I believe that learning from our users is essential to the design process. It starts with fully understanding the issue to solve and requirements. To build this understanding I collaborate with business analyst, product manager, and users. With a thorough understanding a design is worked on either by myself or with a team. The design(s) are then shared with the product manager, development, and customer through wireframes or prototypes. The top design is then usability tested to further influence improvements before being coded by development. The revised design is then passed to development to be coded.
