Hey have you heard anything about the travel info? Tomorrow would be the deadline for us to be cleared. The email had said that if we're not cleared within3 business days of the training start date then we couldn't attend the class 😩

Hey it's no problem! My advice would be to do a ton of research about what flight attendants actually do. That way when u get to the one on one interview part, u can incorporate that into your answers. Also make sure that you do not say "i love to travel" when they ask you why u want to be a flight attendant. That's the worst answer u could ever give because it's the most obvious. Be confident, smile a lot and mingle. Also when u do the fishbowl thing, remember to do exactly what they tell u to do in the order they tell u to do it. Nothing more, nothing less. They are looking to see if u can follow simple instructions. Your answer doesn't matter so don't over think it. & when u have to do the group round/fake airline thing, they are looking to see how well u work with others. Speak enough to where u look like a leader but not that much to where u look bossy. Hope that helps!

I haven't received my travel info yet because I was waiting for my background to come back, I just spoke with them and it's in the final stage now. (Yay) I will be traveling from DTW as well. So hopefully today I will received my hotel and travel info

thank you for posting your experience interviewing with spirit I just finished my face-to-face interview with American Airlines and it was quite a different experience. you start out in a group and you have to say three things that you like in common. you have to say what is unique about you when you go up in front of the groups and go through your diagram and answers, and you introduce someone else unfortunately one of us wasn't paying attention and we started to say the same thing it's a little too much too fast , and we really should have been better organized. I don't think we exhibited good teamwork and probably got locked out in the interview process with American. I applied with Spirit Airlines last year but ended up with schedule conflict for both fly down that was unfortunate so I have not yet I interviewed with. I mean you have to reapply. the nice thing about Americans face to face interview with that they actually paid for the flight. I flew in at 7 in the morning and came back at 8 at night.

No problem! I've heard American Airlines have been doing a bunch of hiring right now. I applied but then i didn't go through with it because i realized they didn't have a base in Michigan. Hopefully u get a call back though :)

Delta airlines is hiring as well.... I wonder why spirit is doing f2f interviews and my was via Skpe. I'm still waiting for my travel accommodations for training

Yes, we are fortunate to been able to interview via Skpe. And I agree, if the want the job bad enough.... You have to go through the process. I called last week and spirit said they will send out travel info the week before; in which will be this week. (Yay) I'll be working out of DTW as well.

I'm sorry I know this is a very old post but I have an interview with spirit on Monday and I am really nervous, what would be your advice to someone who is about to go through that process and if there should be any studying done where can we go to study the questions?
