WhiteWater Midstream interview questions

One teams call with hiring manager then in person panel interview at their Austin office. Pretty intense interview process overall. It seemed like the whole culture in general is serious and intense in the fact that there was very little small talk and the interviewers drilled me with questions for over 2 hours without much validation in regards to answers. Also I think this might be the only energy company that works 5 days in the office with no 9/80 or half day Friday option.

The interviewee was late 5 minutes and did not even apologize. The interview was very straight forward, no out of the ordinary questions. The salary offered was competitive but it seems the company did not offer any other stock or grants.
