Whitebird interview questions

Received a message via LinkedIn to schedule a screening call. Screening call consisted of general questions surrounding background. Was invited for an in-person interview which covered some of the same information and provided more details regarding the role. Shortly after received a predictive index test which consisted of a personality test and quiz. After all of this, I heard nothing back and I would have expected at minimum an email advising they are moving forward with other candidates.
