Several interviewers asked this question. As a person who feels strongly about diversity and inclusion, I found it difficult to convince the interviewers about my commitment. I also felt like my words and actions were being overly scrutinized with respect to diversity. In one case I almost felt like there was a trick question that I didn't pick up on until later. It made me feel uncomfortable.
