I was called within a month of applying to come in for an interview. I met with HR first and she wanted to know everything about me from where I grew up and went to school, to how I got to where I am today. Very thorough interview. I was then given a writing assignment to complete before meeting with the CFO. My interview with the CFO was not that great. I could tell that the CFO did not have a chance to review my resume beforehand, and that she was not comfortable interviewing people. I felt like I carried that part of the interview. I left there feeling hopeful. They told me they were hoping to make a decision in the next two weeks which was not the case. 3 months later they asked me to come in for a second interview with a new manager. I met with her, and had a positive experience. She had been hired since my initial interview, and they wanted me to meet with her. Again I was told that a decision would be made in a couple of weeks. I received a rejection letter in the mail 6 weeks after.
