It was great, pretty smooth and good communication throughout. I liked the experience and would do it again, not too much work either. No comments on improvement, it was pretty much all good.

I applied, set up a meeting with the volunteer coordinator, met in the Central Park Zoo facility to interview and discuss the job description. It was easy and fast and very nice.
