Wilhelmsen Ship Management interview questions

It was an in-person interview at their office that lasted about an hour. The HR Manager, the Agency Manager, and another official from the agency attended the meeting. The interview started in Turkish and switched to English for the final part. Since I didn't have prior experience in the industry, they didn't ask any technical questions. Instead, we discussed my previous work experiences and my background. They also explained the nature of the job, including the stress levels and the workload involved.

I answered a few tests related to our job scope and also participated in a one-hour interview. The tests were of average difficulty, focusing on areas relevant to the role. During the interview, I was asked several questions that assessed my problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and how well I work in a team. Overall, the process provided a fair evaluation of both technical knowledge and soft skills.
