In person interview and follow-up call. Have written a portion for the interview as well. The conversation was about getting to know you, your interests, your skills, cultural fit, goals, etc.

Finished the internship for the same department. Got an interview for the full-time position on the last day of the internship. Very interactive and informative, discussed pay, feedback, and culture.

While the entire interview period was a bit lengthy (2+ months), the process was very well communicated and seemed fair. There were about 3 stages: intro call with HR, call with analyst, and in office interview with management, analyst and other team members.
