I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Williams
Interview
I was invited to interview on campus recruiting in 2012. The interview was 1:1 and the guy who interviewed me was not professional. I was in a engineering group in college for minorities and the first thing he said, is "You don't look hispanic" very rude. When we started the interview he put gum in his mouth and proceeded to smack the gum throughout my interview, at the end of it he said "Your resume is impressive, I have no doubt you will get a great opportunity" I was sent an automatic response about a month later after following up with him and no response twice, that I didn't get the job. Well of course not. He was horrible.

Question 1
General interview questions...tell me about a time
Interview was with a panel of 4 managers where they asked questions about past exposure in different careers as well as situational and hypothetical questions relevant to the position. Overall, it was a very conversational interview and the panel was helpful in guiding questions if they were too vague as originally posed.

Question 1
How do you manage working with a difficult teammate/manager and how have you found success working on such a team?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Williams (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2023
Interview
The initial interview used automated software that video recorded pre selected interview questions. The instructions in the email didn't describe the use of my computer's camera and mic. After I started the process I had to stop and set up my interview space, change clothes, etc. fortunately the link didn't time out. I completed the interview, and it was weird because the video camera never stopped recording even though it wasn't "recording" the interview questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Williams (Houston, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
Online considering COVID-19 postures. Many interview questions but very conversational and friendly interviewers. Interviewers were employees from different areas and locations in the company, not recruiters, which provided a very genuine feel for the employees and how informative they were about the job position.
