Williamsburg Local Schools interview questions

It was a two-stage interview process. The first stage involved an administrator, and the next stage included administrators and teachers. They did not seem to be very well-prepared and continued to reference a list of questions, which it did not appear that they had reviewed prior to the interview. The process seemed fairly arbitrary.
