Interview
The CMO/Co-Founder reached out to me via Linkedin asking to set up a time to chat. When I showed up to the call he started looking for my resume and then realized he didn't have it (because he messaged me and only asked me if I had time to chat). He then asked where I was located. When I answered, he responded "I thought you were based in New York". I told him that I was open to opportunities in multiple locations because relocating is not a problem. He still seemed to lose interest in conducting the interview. Asked a question out of obligation and then said "Well its a shame you can't meet in person. Good luck" and hung up. If location is that important and relocation is not acceptable, it would be best to confirm that before reaching out to a candidate and scheduling a call.
The disorganization and disrespect with which the confusion was handled left me with serious doubts about both their general processes and overall competency.

Question 1
Tell me about background. Do you have startup experience?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WinIt (New York, NY) in Mar 2020
Interview
Gave me a code test link on Vettery which had 30 questions for 20 minutes each timed with a total time also. Some are below. This internally coded application had a failure in not showing the question's image then disallowed clicks at question 10 then skipped all remaining questions to the end. Their own app crashing as such lends me no confidence for their internal work and the app which I've installed is equally clunky so I sent a no continuation notice.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WinIt
Interview
A quick coding test that was also timed, followed by two technical video interviews, and a final interview with the head of the company.
Was ghosted after going through the entire process; extremely disrespectful.
