I responded to a ad through a local classified. I then came in to the office & meet with the principle broker. Nice interview, definitely one of the more relaxing meetings. The principle, from what I've been told, has changed this office for all the better since he has been in charge so I can see why the interview was so pleasant.

Very informative process. Windermere was the easy choice because of office leadership, unmatched brand recognition and the well established brokers in the office. It's been a great run so far and I couldn't imagine looking into another brokerage.

Let's talk about your network and how to leverage it..
It was and informative and enjoyable interview. I didn't feel stressed out or intimidated by the principal broker. I wasn't grilled. I would highly recommend Windermere to anyone who wants to be with a great company.

Casual phone call with company wide recruiter talking about past experiences and future goals. He found me a branch to work at and had a very similar experience with the in person interview.
