Wingify interview questions

The questions were medium level, they test your practical understanding but you simply don't here back from them which is a major problem. it has been weeks yet nothing, pure silence

Very dissapointing conduct I would say. It seems the selection is not fully dependent on your interview performance. I invested around 3 weeks for the interview preparing and appearing for all rounds. I would say in each and every round I performed really nice, and there was hardly any question i could not answer. For the technical questions, I answered in more detail than what was expected. I was taken to the last round , where I felt it was my best amongst the other 2 rounds where I answered everything in detail. In many cases I did right code and showed to the interviewer however It was more than what they had asked for. After all the rounds, the HR did not care to call me and inform proactively rather I had to keep calling and look for an answer. The HR kept pushing the confirmation date, and later after couple of days I got a rejection mail. I am not sure, what else a candidate had to do to get through the role.
