The initial interview with HR is quick, tell me about yourself basic. Second interview is more in depth with what you can bring to the company and why do you want to work there?
Rushed, and the interviewer seemed annoyed when asked questions about the position, awkward vibe at the beginning, maybe it was just my experience!! seemed pretty sus too, like they would not share much about how they expected

Interview
This was the most confusing and unorganized interview process I've ever went through. When I arrived, I had to leave the store to meet the manager in the building next door. I waited about 20 minutes because she was speaking to someone about their check. Once she finally came out to greet me she did apologize and explained that an associate had NOT gotten paid, and she needed to resolve this (not sure why you would tell a potential new hire that) Anyway, she literally didn't ask me anything, she looked at my resume, asked when I could start and what I wanted my pay to be. Right then, she told me I got the job, and asked if I had two forms of I.D., which I didn't at the time. She let me know it was ok, and to bring them on my first day, she then took me back to the store for a tour and to meet the girls. After days had gone by, I decided to reach back out because I never received an offer letter, I had to call the manager's cell phone because the STORE BUSINESS PHONE WAS NOT ON. I never heard from them again. I have NEVER in all my years, had a job offered to me and then never hear from the company again. Don't even waste your time-I understand it's a startup, I've worked for 3! but this was beyond disorganized.
