I interviewed at Winnipeg Transition Centre (Winnipeg, MB)
Interview
The director is losing her marbles. I felt like I was being interrogated. I worked in human rights workshop facilitation. And she was paranoid that I would talk about Black Lives Matter or Idle no more with my students. She will use politics do not belong in the classroom and was very defensive about it. I ended the interview after 15 minutes because I did not wanna work for this woman.

Question 1
Do you plan on talking about politics in the classroom?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Winnipeg Transition Centre (Winnipeg, MB) in Oct 2019
Interview
My interview was a panel of four people who asked me questions for just over 1 hour. The people were friendly and they gave me plenty of time to answer each question. I was glad that I had practiced my answers, in preparation for the meeting.

Question 1
How would you work with a student in a classroom setting, who expressed anger regarding an inappropriate question she had been asked, during an interview?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Winnipeg Transition Centre (Winnipeg, MB) in Dec 2013
Interview
Heard about the job through networking with another similar organisation. I applied with a targetted resume and cover letter. Even though I have been in the field for 15 years, I took about 5 hours on my resume and about 4 hours on my cover letter. They called me in for an interview a few days later. They then only took just a couple of days to decide to hire me. Very happy here.
