Process through the recruitment agency. Booked initial call for 30 minutes, No details or introduction to position and Company. the interviewer went into full technical questions right 3 minutes into the meeting. Initial call was scheduled for 30 minutes and it went for an hour. I didn't got a chance to ask any questions from the interviewer in that one hour. They asked couple of questions about my recent projects/jobs. Couple of python threading questions. Speed of python vs c#? Some architectural questions. Working on a legacy systems. How to deal the legacy systems. Scenario based questions to fast delievery to in house customers? Behavioural questions. All of them in the first meeting.
