Traditional interview process. The length of their interview process is quite shorter than of most organization. Some organization have multiple steps in their hiring process such as assessments, video interviews, and then maybe face to face interview.

Challenging but not impossible. Not that bad at all. Psychometric test that took about 3 hours, some questions challenging others easy , I would say fair in general. They did take long to get back about the interview results.
