Witchery interview questions

The phoen screening questions were great and the manner of the HR lady. However, the questions the regional manager asked were broad, with little to no context. As an interviewer I like to guide the interview with questions that open further discussion about certain scenarios should the interviewee not be giving the full information I’m looking for. It felt like the manager was looking for someone who was prepared to put on a show, having all the answers in detail.

It was a group interview, have to pick out clothing to style a full outfit. Easy questions to begin with but then got a little harder. We also had to serve some customers that came into the store.
