I applied in mid-January and got hired in February. The HQ was right near my high school and was a field I was interested in. When I met with the Hiring Manager, I was given an application on file and got to fill it out on-site. After submitting it and leaving, I thanked her for her time. I was persistent and kept calling and visiting to check on my application status. After the background check, they called me in an interview.
