Witty Charman CoTS interview questions

I interviewed for the Finance Executive position, but it quickly became apparent that they did not have a clear job description. During the interview, they mentioned that the role would not only involve finance tasks but also HR and management responsibilities, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. Additionally, the salary offer was far below industry standards, even lower than what a fresh graduate might expect, which is disappointing considering they were seeking someone with experience. Overall, the process lacked clarity and fairness in compensation.
