Fairly standard: a few phone interviews with recruiter, lead QA and some senior staff followed by two rounds of in house interviews.
Everyone I met really did a great job at putting me at ease and the company did a good job in letting me know who I'd be interviewing with and what would be expected (as far as if it were a technical or personality interview).
Mostly questions about QA methodology (how would you test this? is it worth automating?) and some code writing.
The process took a while (2 months) but they were interviewing a number of candidates for the position so it's probably not normal.
