First interview was a phone interview with HR. Second interview was in person with HR interviewer and the medical records supervisor. Finally, I got a phone call from HR and was offered the position. Before starting, I had to go back and sign a consent for a background check. It was a smooth, quick process. They look for friendly people with fun personalities and a drive to succeed.
