WorkBright interview questions

I spoke with person who I think pretended to be on staff but is actually a contractor. I had one call and was told I would hear back within a week or two. Never heard back. I didn't even receive the automated thank you but no email. Advice to management? Respect people. This woman obviously has 0 respect. Hopefully management has more respect for people than she does.

The interview process was incredibly long and drawn out for a part-time position. I didn't hear from these individuals for weeks at a time. Completely unorganized with no comms from one interviewer to the next. Lead had no idea for simple question of WFH stipend, which is pretty standard: Yes or No answer. Follow-up email was regular rejection letter, when asked for input they gave a very "you're great but we went with some other individuals" that gives no applicant or candidate room to improve or do better on future interviews. Judging by other notes from interviews last month, this is definitely a recurring theme.
