The interview process is quite easy but it seems they are so new to this and not sure who they would want. Their rejection email was so unprofessional, not even bothered to mention your name. I really did not care to be rejected by them as it seems the company culture is not what I expected.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WorkBuzz (Milton Keynes, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
First call with HR, Second with the Hiring manager, third stage is called "Meet the team" but you meet with the hiring manager again and have another full-on 1-1 interview followed by another interview with the most senior salesperson in the team for a total of 1.30hrs which feels long. I had feedback after almost a week. Feedback for the recruitment process is to call the last interview "Face-to-face interview with the Hiring manager" rather than "Meet the team".

Interview
A 4 stage interview process:
1. One-way video questions
2. Thrive skills assessment
3. Zoom interview with three members of the team
4. Call with CEO
Over all a good interview process. I like that the video assessment could be completed in my own time and that I wasn't required to take time off from work to complete.
The Thrive skills assessment wasn't exactly clear. The data advised that I had scored 'averagely' but the feedback confirmed that I had scored highly? I'm unsure whether this is a fair way to assess a candidates potential if the results from the data isn't accurate.
