Interview
The first interveiw is a phone interveiw. Recruiter was lovely, and assured me that we would not be canvassing alone and then proceeded to tell me about how great the mission was. The second interview is a full 9-hour shadow shift, paid. After sitting in a meeting and a ten minute training I was driven cross town to canvass alone.

The interview process was fairly painless. It started off as a meeting with the other prospective field canvassers letting us all know about the campaign they were partnering with and filtered down to one on one interviews with the field director.
