      Agent Interview

      Mar 15, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Birmingham, AL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Working Solutions (Birmingham, AL) in Aug 2017

      Interview

A few days after submitting my resume and application online, I received an email to set up a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes. I was hired on that interview, and I then had to wait a couple of days for a schedule for when training would begin.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Do you have experience working remotely?

      Agent Interview

      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Working Solutions in May 2013

      Interview

The interview was held over the phone and the interviewer was very pleasant. She made the interview process comfortable. The interview took approximately 45 min and included general information about the company in addition to interview questions about prior experience and home office equipment. She took her time to make sure I was serious about the job and had the phone presence needed to do it well. Advice: Just relax and be yourself :-) This was not a high pressure interview. It is important to know that it took a year after the interview to be offered a contract position so this is not a quick process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

It has been three years since this interview so I do not remember specific questions. Questions were geared toward things such as why do you think you would be a good fit for this position, do you have what it takes to work independently at home (self-disciplined), what hours are you available, and do you have the equipment necessary already in place (needed computer and ethernet access to high speed internet) ?

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Working Solutions in Mar 2012

      Interview

Interviewer was very personable and pleasant. Just be prepared, do your research, and be yourself. The call from the interviewer was exactly on time. There was only one interview. My perception of the company culture is that they really like super positive and enthusiastic people, so definitely avoid any negativity and be as positive, enthusiastic, and energetic sounding as you can be.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I didn't think any of the interview questions were particularly difficult. However, do be prepared to tell the interviewer what hours you are available to work, because some projects are day only, others are night only, while still others offer both day and night hours.
