Interview
I interviewed with several people. The recruiter asked me for my references before offering me a job. I gave her my references which she called and then I was never offered the job. I had a good interview the sales recruiter and one of the area managers for business development. The next interview with the next area development manager did not go well. She did not seem to like me from the start and was a bit harsh and she seemed too critical. I think that she had someone already in mind for the job and was interviewing me just to go through the legal process to show that she was interviewing several candidates.

Interview
It was one of the worst experiences. On linkedIn one from the Workiva HR team members reached out and asked me if I was interested about the role and we arranged an interview. The hiring person did not show up for 20 minutes, only after I sent an e-mail. When he joined he did not even try to find out my soft skills, only focused on some technical skills which one can learn in 2 months even if he doesn't have any knowledge. After about 10 minutes I asked a question about the region that should be covered it was also different from the role for which he reached me out, so he even didn't take note for which role he was interviewing. He just wasted my time and didn't even give any feedback what he also said he would. Never expected such an experience with Workiva.
