World Jewish Relief interview questions

I recently interviewed with Jewish Relief for the STEP Programme Officer role. It was a really engaging conversation where we talked about my experience in project management, advocacy, and working with vulnerable communities. The interviewers were warm and open, and it was great to learn more about the organization’s approach and the impact of their STEP programme.

The interview was online with another 2 staff members from world jewish relief organisation. The interview lasted around 30 min, the interview was okay, if I remember well around 8 questions related to the work itself
