World Omni Financial interview questions

2 step interviewing process, the second -in person interview- consisted of a 5 page pamphlet worth of questions. Met with 3 different people who questioned me. Very overwhelming. Associates kept asking me if anything I was told was scathing me away. I was asked to sign a waiver acknowledging that I was aware of the tedious hours required. Let me know they get off 9 major holidays- but not qua rented if goals are not met. Could possibly have to work Christmas.
