Initially just an HR screening. HR found that the job I was recruited for wasn't the right fit for me or World Wide. They understood that I still fit the culture side (they live and breathe this for real!) but didn't fit the role they initially recruited me for. This is key. Most recruiters would give up here and find someone for THEIR openings. The recruiter knew exactly which team I'd mesh well with (talk about a strong employee) and linked me up with that teams recruiter. I interviewed from there and went on to do many rounds of case style interviews for a consulting role. The interviewers want you to be successful and the recruiters give you all the tools you need to navigate your way through the interviews (6-8 separate for me). Follow their advice and read everything very carefully.

On the 3rd round, the interviewer was not interested in conducting it, was rude and just a bad expereince overall. she just woke up and her room was dark, and she just stared at me when i was talking
