I was interviewed by two managers. However, one of them sucked and smacked on a jolly rancher the entire time. She briefly discussed the job duties as an A/R specialist to never ask their clients to pay invoices!? She never smiled, she was not enthused to meet a potential team member, nor was she interested in anything I had to say. She had no intentions on walking me out after the meeting (which she didn’t). I remained positive despite the unprofessionalism. The Sr. Lead Recruiter overall was my best highlight of WWT. She described the culture, diversity, and the experience perfectly. It’s just unfortunate that I met two managers that didn’t demonstrate the leadership and core values of WWT.
